The snow started coming down on December 22nd.  We left work a little early and drove home slowly.  The salt trucks hadn't been out and the plows couldn't keep up.  Jay and I both stayed home from work on the 23rd because of the storm.  Jay did take some time to get a few photo's though.

The snow is really pretty in the trees, but it's quite heavy and putting a lot of strain on branches.

Nice view of the snow in the pine trees.

Our Tahoe with a nice layer of snow on the roof.

At least one snow plow has been out.

This tree had a healthy coat of fresh snow!

This is one car that missed it's turn.

Corner of Main Street and Union Street, downtown Ashland, Ohio.

Main Street, downtown Ashland. Several cars are buried under snow.

Looks like this car spent the night out on the town.

This is taken in the parking lot of Jay's computer store. The van under the snow is their company van.

Taken from the parking lot at Autumn Computer Systems.

Carl Richert plows Jay's parking lot.

Carl still plowing. He has his hands full today. Jay's kicking himself for not buying a plow a couple years ago.

Another picture at Autumn Computers.

Another picture of Carl plowing.

Snow and ice is pretty in the trees, but what a mess on the roads!

Near downtown Ashland.
