Jay and I spent
the better part of a day at Patriot's Point, just outside of Charleston,
SC. We arrived around 9:30am, which turned out to be perfect timing.
We ended up getting mixed in with a tour group and got an extremely
reduced rate! We told the lady that we weren't part of the group,
but she told us to mix in with them anyway. Works for us!
We started our
tour with a submarine, then checked out the Coast Guard Cutter, then a
Destroyer, then the Yorktown Air Craft Carrier. We had a blast, but
we're worn out! Below are pictures that we took throughout the day. |
